Strategies to Reach the Objectives
- Classroom Learning Teaching Process: Classroom management includes physical arrangements, cleanliness, and facilities such as whiteboards and desks. Maximum of 30 students per class. Subjects include the local government syllabus, three languages, and ICT.
- Facilities and Materials: Equipped with essential materials such as task sheets, activities, extra reading materials, and lesson plans. Timetable and year plan with scheduled events are in place.
- Testing and Evaluation: Testing is conducted with exact dates, tools, and recordings. Teacher training and professional development are scheduled regularly.
- Co-curricular and Extracurricular Activities: Includes debates, book clubs, yoga, community service, sports, drama, theatre, art, crafts, dancing, music, media, photography, and gardening. Responsible resource persons are appointed.
- Motivational Activities: Both staff and students are engaged in motivational activities, with methods for awarding and rewarding achievements.
- Leadership Experience: Opportunities are provided for students to gain leadership experience, with a welfare society supporting both staff and students.
- Security and Hygiene: Ensures a safe and clean environment for all.
